Imagine combining textiles to create a work of art. Glue, paper, photographs, fabric, glass, metal, wire, cardboard, bottlecaps, recycled items, etc…all secured with your favorite paint. In mixed media, the options are limitless. I find vivid color and texture appealing. Mixed media work challenges me to combine various materials harmoniously. Creativity, patience, and decisiveness are necessary to achieve a dynamic result.
